"I give, devise, and bequeath to MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC., a Mississippi nonprofit corporation, (% of estate, $ amount, or clearly identifying description of specific property) for its unrestricted use."

Outright bequest to establish an endowment fund with income to be restricted:
